SOCIAL PROGRAM FOR 2009

1. General provisions

1.1. This social program (hereinafter “Program”) was developed for the purpose of attraction, retention and formation of Company employees’ loyalty.

1.2. Present Program regulates types and procedure for granting additional social benefits not prescribed by Labour legislation to Company employees.

1.3. Benefits prescribed by present social program are granted in equal amount to all staff members who completed probation period.

Types of social benefits:

  • Subsidized sanatoria an holiday-homes passes for employees’ children;
  • meals paid for from Company’s profit;
  • New Year gift set for employees’ children;
  • payment of participation in corporate events

1.4. Source of present Program financing is Company’s profit distributed and appropriated for its financing. In case distributed resources are insufficient, resolution concerning source of financing is passed in the meeting of Board of Directors.

Financial assistance is granting non-recurrent monetary allowance to employee in cases prescribed by present Program. Financial assistance is paid in addition to payments prescribed by effective legislation.

7. Other benefits

7.1. For the purpose of teambuilding company finances and organizes the following corporate holidays.

  • Day of company
  • New Year

Procedure for financing of corporate events is set forth in “Regulations on corporate events”.

7.2. Congratulations and gifts:

  • free gift set to all employees’ children at the age from 0 to 14 years old by New Year.
