The aim of present Code is to establish ethical standards, principles and rules of professional behaviour and interrelations of employees promoting fulfillment of mission and achievement of goals faced by Group of companies RUSTEEL. Each time the word “employees” is used in Code, it includes top and middle-level managers, specialists, technicians and workers of all companies in Group of companies RUSTEEL.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
Provisions of Ethics Code are obligatory for all employees of Group of companies RUSTEEL. Observance of ethical standards of Code is a compulsory requirement of work in companies of RUSTEEL Group. Rules stated in the document are accepted by each employee – from Chairman of Board of Directors to workers in all subdivisions.
Electronic version is available on corporate portal.
Person in charge of employment is obliged to make each newly admitted employee familiar with Ethics Code prior to employment. After registration of labour relations employee receives a brochure.
Employee of Group of companies RUSTEEL voluntarily undertakes to observe ethical standards and requirements stated in this document.
