The joy of giving life The company RUSTEEL has purchased medical equipment for pediatric intensive care department in № 3 Children's Hospital of Vladivostok.   

 With the arrival of the first summer month pediatric intensive care department has received new medical equipment which is exclusive for Primorski krai.  

 Two therapeutic systems, costing 38 thousand rubles each, can enter medicines in minimal proportions and also replace usual droppers.  Newborns are prescribed small doses of medicines, from 0.1 to 10 ml and injection with ordinary dropper could be very difficult. New syringe pumps in the equipment allow the use of syringes of different sizes (10, 20, 50, 60 ml.). The devices used in hospital before, allowed the use of only one size where medicines dig very quickly which is not acceptable for newborns.

In addition, new equipment automatically calculates the rate of liquid flow according on the given settings, which is impossible to do manually. This procedure eliminates the risk of overdose and adverse reactions.   

 Head of Department, Alexander G. Korolev, highlights the urgency of such equipment for nursing infants. After all, kids who are on treatment are often abandoned. Their health is extremaly weak, and sometimes even a slight deviation in their treatment could cost them their life. The use of new therapeutic systems purchased by RUSTEEL, can significantly improve the effectiveness of medical treatment of young patients, saving their lives and speeding their recovery.
