Dear partners and clients of RUSTEEL!  Please note that since July 9, city phone numbers have been transfered to 7-digit dialing system. This was done by adding “2” at the beginning of all the 6-digits numbers. Therefore, it changed the city code which is now “423” instead of “4232”. Please note that short cell phone numbers of all operators will also have seven digits, with additional digit "2".  Now Vladivostok became the only city in the Far East with seven-digit telephone numbers.
