Deita.ru – To provide social protection for its employees one of the largest Russian metal trading companies - RUSTEEL Company - has increased rates of personal salaries and regional coefficient by 10%.
Company’s press center informed Deita.ru, that development of Personnel Loyalty Programs is the main purpose in the area of personnel management. The key point of this program is to guarantee the increase of the real salary level, that includes its indexation according to the growth of consumer prices for goods and services.
In the period from 2007 to 2008 years the rates of employee’s salaries have been increased almost in all branch offices, except the department of selling wire rods and office in Novosibirsk city that has just opened recently.
RUSTEEL Company specified that company approach to salary issue is quite wide – RUSTEEL doesn’t increase the salary rates only because of the inflation. The problem is usually resolved in a complex way taking into consideration increase of labor effectiveness. It must provide the Company’s competitiveness.
