Formula of delivery by railroad cars

• Conclusion of contract for delivery of metal products in the amount multiple of rate of railroad car loading (62-70 tons)* before the 20th day of the month prior to delivery from plant. Payment at the rate of 100% from amount of specification under price-list is made to settlement account of RUSTEEL. In case buyer provides guarantees of payment he will pay 100% of specification amount within 90 calendar days.
• Placement of order at plant.
• Shipping of products according to consignee’s details at manufacturer’s prices. In case buyer has no railroad siding, shipping can be made by buyer to metal processing centre of RUSTEEL.
• Execution of necessary transportation documents (invoice, waybill, quality certificate).

* Rate of loading is established by manufacturing plant. Groupage of railroad cars is to be further agreed upon).
